Waste water treatment

Renogs technology will guarantee oil content levels in discharged waste water of less than 20 – 40 PPM under all conditions. This water can either be discharged to sea/brackish surface water or be used to be re-injected for reservoir pressure maintenance purposes.

No flaring of waste gas

Low pressure associated gas (‘waste’ gas) is either used to provide local communities with electricity and/or drinking water (see 6.1), or is converted into liquid hydrocarbons (‘syncrudes’) through a proprietary micro  Gas-to-Liquid process. Renaissance will supply Micro GTL installations from Q4 2011 onwards with an econmic viability at a syncrude production of only 50 bbl/d.
